Reservation Cancellation Policy
We have a very reasonable cancellation policy. If you cancel greater than 60 days (90 days for reservations longer than 10 nights) prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit . If you cancel between 60 and 30 days (between 90 and 60 days for reservations longer than 10 nights) prior to your arrival date, we will keep your deposit, but you can apply it toward a future rental with us. If you cancel less than 30 days (60 days for reservations longer than 10 nights) prior to your arrival date, we will attempt to find another party to rent the unit during your dates, and if so, we will send you any amounts that we collect from the other party less your deposit. If we are unable to find another party to rent the unit, then we will keep all rental payments received. This policy applies to cancellation of either an entire reservation or cancellation of a portion of your reservation.
